Cain is my new representative. He is a very courteous person. Once again this company excels past anyone’s expectations. Cain calls me prior to delivery to verify how much salt I need and to alert us that he is a few minutes out. He has full access to our home and brings the salt downstairs and puts it in the softener for us.

I just want to say our water delivery man is absolutely amazing. He is so friendly and goes out of his way to help us. There was a mix up at the office with our water delivery while our regular delivery guy was on holidays and soon as he was back and we told him he worked the whole thing out. Thank you David
