My new water softener works well and the bottled drinking water is great, but the best part about Culligan is the service. The watertight website is easy to use to order salt, or water and to contact administrative support. The staff is terrific, always happy help and provide service, even off schedule. There have been a few times where I’ve had to contact admin so get either water, or salt delivered before the scheduled day, and they have always accommodated the request. The delivery people are very personable, and efficient. That’s why the staff get 10 stars.
