that it is a predictable day and that the delivery guy brings the water all the way into the store.
Ease of delivery of salt for the water softener. Also, the driver takes it to the water softener and pours it into it. I am 77 years old and this is a big help to me.
The Culligan man sees an empty 3-gallon water container on my porch and he replaces it with a full one. This happens every week...I never see him but the service is conducted competently.

I was very surprised last year to see a transportation fee... Its your product and service and was just surprised to see this. Course maybe it is a tactic to not raise the base price.
