We have used the Culligan Water System for about 15 years and have nothing but great things to say about the system itself, including resulting water quality, equipment, etc. The service department of Culligan has been responsive to to the few times that we had issues with equipment; within a few days a rep was here to rectify the problem. We take advantage of the salt delivery system that Culligan provides. And, if we need more (or less) it's as simple as a phone call away. We also have a service call every year that checks water quality. This is important to us because we live on a farm and are concerned about chemical runoff.
You can't beat the Culligan Water System.
While follow up sometimes takes awhile, the continuing support has been great. We've encountered a few issues and each time they've been solved. Manny has been terrific at working through the problems.

Product’s design monitors functions and self-regulates or programmed to do so. Product has built-in longevity and service options simplify maintainance. My primary service provider quickly assessed customer issues and remedied an account going forward. This agent was patient with all of my questions and concerns, calmly providing results with assurance that she would offer such help with anything going forward.
