My Culligan softener has generally been worry free. When a problem did come up Shane did a great job of quickly diagnosing the issue and resolving it. He showed me the root of the problem and answered the questions that I had. He provided great service.

Carter from culligan always comes on time and always knows to call to make sure we know he’s on his way with our delivery. There has been times where we forget to leave the door unlocked for him and he is always so polite and patient with us and he always makes sure we are still able to get it installed and delivered at our original time slot. We have two dogs and they get really nervous about people they don’t know coming to the property but he always does such a good job with letting us know when we can expect him so we can help ease their anxiety and prevent any issues. He also always installs the salts and the filter quickly and without ever leaving any mess. The salts are really good at not drying out my kids skin also which is why we like buying those.
Delivery of my water is delivered when scheduled. The water is delivered to my back door.
It's becoming very rare to find a company that still provides genuine customer service in the manner that Culligan does. Quick to respond to a service request plus knowledgeable and courteous service techs.
