Just had my annual servicing of system and the technician Tino was very friendly and took the time to explain how to step through the softener menu and how to set the “low salt” alert. He even had me do a video recording while he explained the steps. Additionally he willingly checked for a possible leak under the kitchen sink at my request (there was none). Very thorough service visit.

Every time I have called to ask a question, anyone I speak is so kind and friendly. It's amazing! Our water softener is fairly new and so I've called a number of times with questions. Not once was anyone annoyed or in a hurry. They made sure I understood. So appreciated.
The icing on the cake was our first delivery of salt. We had Dresden delivering our salt. I can't begin to tell you how kind he was. His communication was excellent. He had been held up just a little bit and he texted right away to let us know. He also helped clear something on my app that stated I needed chemicals to be added. He was just a pleasure to have in our home.

It is very nice to have a potable tap. Water right from the spigot! Imagine that! I also like that the salt is delivered and dumped into the holding tank. It saves me a ton of trouble. Anytime I have a problem is addressed promptly and well. All around, I am very pleased with Culligan and my Culligan system.
Dave Robinson is very friendly and super knowledgeable. Knows what he is doing, knows the products and always lets us know when he will arrive.
The water softener, iron remover and RO are kept in tip top shape by Dave and do not give us any issues. Great products that do the job they are supposed to do.
