Great customer service! Each time we had contact with someone from Total Water, the gentlemen have been courteous and respectful. Shawn had to come back to hook our RO system to our refrigerator. He was diligent, polite and extremely helpful! He provided us with some helpful insight and suggestions! He was very professional and efficient.
