I recently moved and was having difficulty because my online portal was sending notifications for my old addresses. The staff was absolutely wonderful in helping resolve the issue with fast responses, understanding and fixing the issue. It really put my mind at ease that my next home Culligan delivery would work, be one time and continue in the future.
Two service repairmen were very knowledgeable and answered my questions.
Tim Allen is very friendly when delivering mulligan water to our office. Tim check our water dispenser to see if the water needs changed out when he comes to deliver the water and if it does, he changes it out for us. It’s just a kind gesture.
Our delivery guy Mike Stone is always friendly and on time and takes all concerns seriously and address them promptly.
