Good water and great service.
The Culligan product was a huge improvement to the quality of our residential water. The Culligan of Dothan services at first was a little tricky as we were transferred from Panama City to the Dothan office due to our residential geographical location. Once, Dothan came up with a schedule of services to be rendered at our home it became a bit easier. Thus far, Dothan has provided services on the dates they had previously sent to us via email. I receive routine monthly emails providing an update on the next scheduled service date. This is extremely helpful as I prefer to be home during that timeframe in the event, I have any questions to ask the technician.
Very friendly staff that answer the phone. Maintenance men are very good at coming out to our house to fix anything having to do with the water.

Charles installed our new system and did a great job, he encountered an issue to where he had to take back the product to the shop and get a new one because of a leak. He handled the situation very professionally and had us working in no time. Thanks Charles for all your support.

My deliveries are always on time and the communication with my delivery person is great. The customer service people are helpful and friendly.
The only complaint I have is that the last dispenser we received had "reversed" valves on the hot and cold water, leaving the hot water labeled as the cold side and leaving hot water easily dispensed with no safety mechanism. My husband and I were able to switch the spigots ourselves and avoid any mishaps - thank goodness. We have young grandchildren and this could have been a safety hazard.

The delivery person, Angelo takes our water up 3 flights of stairs. Is very polite, on time and helpful as we are seniors and can not lift such heavy things.
