About 9/21/26, I had a somewhat bad experience with CULLIGAN. A technician arrived to my residence to deliver salt for the water softener. The technician apparently left the gate to the backyard open when he arrived and went back-and-forth out of the backyard to make the salt delivery. It was windy that day, and the wind slammed the wooden gate to the backyard shut. I was a little upset with this carelessness because the high winds could have broken the gate, but it didn’t. The technician could have simply closed the gate behind him each time he entered and left the backyard. I reported this incident to CULLIGAN and the customer service manager out of Roselle, Illinois called me to apologize for the technician’s carelessness. The customer service manager, said that he would remedy the situation by calling the Fairfield California branch to inform them of this incident and the proper practice to avoid damage in a windy area. I was very impressed that CULLIGAN responded to my complaint, addressed my concern and made special effort to take corrective action. Good companies, like Culligan, back their product or service.

I love the customer service I get with Culligan of Anderson! I receive a call from a wonderful (real human) lady reminding me of my scheduled delivery each month. I never have any issues with my bill. If I need to make changes to my delivery, I can do it easily online by myself. Everything is seamless with ordering and delivery, but I know if I need to call I will be able to talk to a real person at the Anderson location who knows my delivery driver and can contact them directly. I’m so glad when I moved to Anderson I made the switch to Culligan!
