I had missed the person on scheduled delivery day. I was at home but I was giving my husband who’s blind a shower. I did not hear the person knocking on the door. He left a card sorry I missed you so I called McCardel Culligan to reschedule the delivery. I can’t remember the person I spoke with to reschedule delivery, he was very understanding and compassionate and rescheduled delivery for the next Friday with a person who was scheduled to do maintenance in the Grayling area. I truly appreciate the assistance I received due to the fact that my husband is living at a VA nursing home and I’m living with our son down state. We were home because a family member had passed and attended the funeral services. Thank you so very much for accommodating us.

Have already responded to survey and posted my comments on Google. I am very satisfied with product and services, but increasingly unhappy with these annoying email messages.
Very friendly, very up front and very professional. Had a small problem but was fixed the same day I Called. Totally impressed with the complete interaction from first meeting with the sales rep to understanding of the different systems to completion of install. Totally recommend system maintenance contract to maintain optimal operations on all systems. This was all done to protect the health of our family and especially our Granddaughter. Well done Culligan.
