The sales rep was very knowledgeable and respectful. She was able to answer my questions or concerns. She gave me a lot of options for my system and explained how each added feature worked with the system so I was able to make the best choice for my house.
The young man that did my install was courteous and professional and answered all my questions he explained how the system worked. He made sure he cleaned up after he was finished. Overall though its a brand new system and I haven't really experienced the soft water yet I feel very comfortable with the professionals I spoke with the system working as it should. Everyone from phone conversations to installing were just great people and the price was very reasonable too.
