Just convenience. As an 83 year old I can't deal with multiple gallon containers or the polution from trashing them. Also I can't handle the weight to buy them. For a long time I needed the distilled for medical equipment.
Tech was on time and quickly identified and solved the issue.
Love the service. Only 2 items to possibly improve.
1) sometimes the jugs are dirty. On top near the nozzle.
2) try not to pull large heavy trucks into lane ways. Possible risk of causing cracks

Ease of communication!
I've been very happy with delivery until this last time when the delivery person didn't use my garage code to put the softener in! When I called to complain, the lady said she would work on setting up another time for him to come out & wasn't the right person to be able to take money off my Name removed. I said that wasn't good enough and to have the route manager call me. That didn't happen.
When I called the next day, it was the complete opposite. I was treated very nicely & the delivery charge taken off my Name removed promptly.
I don't believe I should have had t call twice to make this happen.

I enjoy the feel of my soft water and the results I get washing and bathing in it. Clothes seem less dingy and brighter from being laundered in it. My skin feels less dry from showering in it. No more soap scum on the shower door.
Our delivery technician Josh is awesome. He is friendly, efficient and professional. Josh always communicates with me clearly and provides me with advanced notice of his arrival. I can plan my day without worrying about Josh and my tanks being serviced.
