If something adverse comes up with the system a tech is here within a day or two resolving the issue. We have an RO also, so very nice not to have to buy water.
The products are great and the maintenance service is very reliable. I sometimes forget to call for routine maintenance, so the service department will reach out to me and schedule service if I want it. I appreciate that.

Having clean, soft water and having the salts delivered and put right in the bin by the delivery driver. The RO system at the kitchen sink makes for some phenomenal drinking water! It's already clean, well water, but the RO makes it even better and cleaner.

Had RO water system serviced 8/20/26.Replaced all filters and sanitized the water tank.
After waiting two hours for the tank to fill, I noticed the red indication light on the RO water faucet. Called Culligan and setup another service appointment to resolve the issue. Service person returned 8/24. Problem fixed free of additional charge. Service and salt delivery has been perfect for 20+ years. Keep it up!

Water deliveries are on time, the staff is wonderful, and there isn't a huge mess to deal with if something does go wrong, it just gets fixed
