When salt is going to be delivered on a certain day and the delivery person gives you a window of when he will arrive I make sure that I am home because the delivery person carries my salt to the basement for me which I so appreciate since I am older and have a torn rotator cuff. If Culligan didn’t provide this service I would look elsewhere for another option.
