I gave the visit a ten because Ian Fix listen to his customers about the problem and reviewed a photo of the initial installation of 20 years ago that resovled the same problem then. Unlike the first technician sent to fix this problem a week or so back. Unlike Ian that technician would not listen to his customers experience with the noise coming from the waste drain. He did it his way and left with the same irritating noise heard throughout our house every time we used the io system. Ian on the other hand was polite, listened, and then though the photo showed to him quickly resolved the issue. In 35+ years with Culligan we’ve never experienced anything like the first technician sent. Thank you Ian for your response and resolving a most irritating problem.
When I need to change something or have a question, the ability to text makes communication very easy. Every person that I have talked to over the phone or via text has been pleasant. The delivery service makes getting water very convenient.
I have salt delivery services only. It is worth every penny as I am not able to carry the heavy bags. I like that they check the salt level for me and test the water for softness.
