Adrian, the person who delivers our water, is consistently professional, courteous, and very helpful. He does an excellent job.
However, Accounts Receivable has been extremely difficult to communicate with. They are not responding to important emails, and several invoices continue to show as unpaid on your end. I have sent proof of payment multiple times, yet the statements continue to reflect the same balances. No one has reached out to resolve the aging or correct the discrepancies.
This issue requires immediate and full attention on your end.
