⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ALEX SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
Alex was dropping off our water when a sinkhole swallowed my entire house. Most delivery guys would’ve marked the address “inaccessible.” Alex put the truck in park and said, “You usually keep the dispenser in the kitchen, right?”
Then he climbed down into the earth with four five-gallon jugs.
Twenty minutes later, my house started rising. This man had negotiated with an underground civilization to have it returned. Apparently, there was a property-line dispute. Alex settled it with three bottles of reverse osmosis water and a firm handshake.
He got the house back on its foundation, adjusted our porch light, and carried the water inside. Somehow our mortgage was paid off. Our dog now speaks fluent Portuguese. I don’t know what happened down there, and Alex said it was “mostly paperwork.”
Before leaving, he reminded me to rinse the drip tray.
Corporate called to ask if I was satisfied with my delivery. SATISFIED? There’s a statue of this man beneath the Earth’s crust, and you’re asking me to rate him on a scale of one to 10?
Give Alex a raise. The underground people have already offered him a throne.

My wife was in labor when Alex pulled up with our water delivery. I yelled, “HER WATER BROKE!” Alex looked me dead in the eyes and said, “Good thing I brought more.”
Turns out this man doesn’t just deliver water. HE DELIVERED MY FIRST CHILD.
I was panicking. Alex was asking where we wanted the five-gallon jugs while coaching my wife through contractions. Absolute professional. The baby came out crying, saw Alex, and immediately calmed down. Recognized quality service right out of the womb.
He then stocked our water, collected the empty bottles, and congratulated us—all within the original delivery window. I tried to tip him. He just said, “See you in two weeks.”
We named the baby Alex. It was originally going to be Olivia, but you don’t argue with that level of customer service.
Give this man a raise, a cape, and clearance to land his delivery truck at any hospital in the country. We signed up for drinking water and got an expanded family plan.

i had a leak in my softener and shut off the water to the house. called Austin Culligan for help. Marsha was very kind: explained everything and talked me thru the by pass but didn't work. She scheduled a service technician who fixed my issue, got the water back on and was so very courteous. Both Marsha and Christopher De LaRosa called several times to keep me up to date and followed up when the job was done. Very happy with your service.
