In this day of Ai and Automatic answering service, I must say I was happy to get a person at the desk of Culligan. At the desk I met Anissa and she was above helpful, she was friendly, pleasant, patient and nice. That made he relax to ask my many questions and was an added bonus to a senior like me. To Anissa I want to say thank you.
Earlier that day I had met Greg who gave the the diagnosis of what was wrong why my drinking water tank alarm would not stop although there was no leak and i had changed the battery. Diagnoses the alarm was faulty and I needed a new one. As I wanted to pick it up he gave me Culligan's Industrial Road address, there I met Anissa. He also told me about ordering the salt so i would not have to lift the bags. I ordered the salt bags for the water softener from Anissa when I visited the office. Thanks to you too Greg, you were professional courteous and pleasant.
The day of delivery arrived and I met Mickey. Mickey was courteous, kind, friendly and pleasant and even put the salt for me in the tank. Thank you Mickey for a job well done.
Hence my review is that Culligan get 3 out of 3 = 100% as all the staff I met, demonstrated excellent service and as representatives of Culligan made your agency offer outstanding service.
Culligan head office, you should be proud of these staff members as they are a credit to your organization and i hope you you do not take this for granted but recognize and congratulate them, on my behalf. Their service makes me a happy Culligan customer.

The water is the best H2o I've ever tasted and the delivery is fast and efficient. Jay P was here and gone less than 5 minutes. He delivered 4 jugs up 25 flights of stairs which is no easy task. If I could tip him I would. No better gift than clean, healthy water.

Dawn Hollingsworth did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and made it quick and easy.
