The R/O system we rent from Culligan is awesome. Great water on tap! We also have Culligan deliver the salt for our softener and the service is always great. Delivery drivers bring bags into house and down to the basement.
Needed a new R/O faucet because ours broke during a kitchen renovation. A nice lady in reception at Culligan was extremely helpful assisting me with the replacement.
I am a Senior citizen and it became very difficult to buy and pick up cases of bottled water at the store. We used get water delivered in past years and we had to cancel My husband or I couldn't lift the 3gal. or 5 gal. bottles anymore. Last year I decided to look for places that carried 24 pk cases of bottled water. I found Crystal Springs and they have been delivering to us for over a year now.

The installer was really nice efficient and to tell you the truth I’ve been away since a day and a half after it was installed so if you want, my honest opinion, I would like you to get a hold of me in a couple three months after I’ve had an opportunity to shower wash my hair, laundry, etc., with the new system. Convenience of salt delivery, and my unit has been working well beyond the expected life. A few years back a Culligan service person cleaned and replaced some worn out parts, and it has worked like new ever since.
