Arpit (our technician) was very pleasant to deal with. As we were first timers to using our filtration system, Arpit took the time to explain how the system worked overall and answered all our questions.

I had concerns about the delivery staff dumping salt and not breaking up salt bridges. That has been resolved by Ashley Magana. Ashley (Ashley M. A 10) responded immediately to my concern. I expect the salt delivery staff will now become more conscientious about breaking up salt bridges before dumping more salt into the tank. This had been a recurring issue.

Salt delivery is the only Culligan service I use. The schedule works for us and I don’t have to worry about picking up salt for the water softener.
