I enjoy having good tasting cold water easily accessible. Bottles are delivered to my lower workshop and placed under a table and all have handles for me to access.. The office phone is always answered with friendly answers. The young man who delivers my water is polite and always puts the bottles for easy access. My compliments all around!

The technician that performed the bi-annual check was prompt,very friendly, professional and serviced our equipment quickly. Upon inspection, he found an issue with the unit, researched it and found that the part was under warranty so he quickly replaced the part and tested.

I really like the drinking water filtration system, I fill a gallon jug from the water system and keep it in the refrigerator, so we always have cold water. I also have a water softener and water conditioner, without them I could not wash clothes because of so much rust in our water. Culligan/Mansfield always comes in a timely manner if we have problems. They always make sure everything is fixed & working before they leave.
Culligan is very good about being on time and making things work!
