At Culligan Bramtford the ladies and gentleman was so helpful and friendly. Helped my wife and I sort out our transfer of address. Change out my water dispenser to the one I wanted and even spent the time checking everyone in their storage to find me the colour I wanted.

The salt delivery program is excellent. Friendly courteous delivery personnel bring the salt right down to the basement and fill up the softener. Always on time with a big smile. Thanks so very much!

Culligan follow up wih me ion an annula basis to ensure we maintain our water filtration system. Their staff are personable and easy to deal with. The technician was excellent, arrived on time and was quick and efficient with his work. Almost didn't notice he was here. I would highly recommend Culligan !

Today's experience was great I arrived at Fairfield location 7:15am to exchange our tank,,thought would have to wait but ray pulled me fresh tank and said office opens at 8am,, I said I know!! He said wait went into front area and got manager he did my billing and I was out of there 7:30am or so.

They bring the water right up to our office on the second floor, which is not an easy task! The delivery person (Zach) is friendly and helpful. Elizabeth Heidrich, who I spoke with on the phone just today, was patient, helpful, and was able to look at my account and make recommendations for future orders so we had the best plan to meet our needs.
