Just began water service. From my first call everyone was so very kind, professional and very helpful. My first time navigating bringing water into the home. I called multiple water services. Culligan hands down had the best customer service. All of my questions were answered, they explained process (re-explained with patience:) when I was trying to understand billing). Made the extra effort and went beyond to deliver my first water bottles because we were going to be away on Spring Break- I really appreciated the help to accommodate our conflict. Again, every time I’ve called the office, everyone was helpful. Renee was super helpful and kind. This is what makes someone come back again and again! Thank you!
