I love the benefits of soft water ..... soft skin, healthy hair, cleaner laundry. The service has been great. Very responsive to changes in service ... need additional pellets or a change in residential services after moving. Personnel are always courteous and respective.

We had a leak on our hot tub. I had assistance at the store explaining what the problem was, suggested that the o rings needed replacing which I did but found later that one of the pipes had a crack in it.
When I called Culliganns explaining my problem the technician came out the same disconnected the damaged pipe and returned to the store for a replacement.
We were not home for the next couple of days but he came and replaced the pipe.

Although the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice... He didn't inform me that my old unit may not be serviceable due to it not being available anymore even after I had told him that I had a very old unit.
Had it not been for the the service man Mario, sending anyone out would have been a flop, not to mention someone from Sales never called me for a possible upgrade/replacement unit info.
All in all, it worked out great, more than I wanted to spend but the service man Mario was super helpful and I was sold on his assistance and information. He earns a 10

I have no issue with products. No issue with delivery person. But I do have an issue that we no longer receive a schedule date. Last guy just showed up as I was getting ready to leave. No clue he was even coming. Sad that you were taken over by a big company that cannot do a good job at something so easy as scheduling. Please fix your scheduling issues.
I love my RO and our most recent technician that came out was awesome and explained every step he was doing. After the filters were changed though he forgot to mention to let a few tanks run through it to get out the remaining sediments in there but he came back and explained it, tested the water and all was good to go! Payton was fantastic! So was the lady in the office she was very sweet and kind!

I like the quality, and also the services. I like that I don’t have to run out to buy salt, it gets delivered and carried in for me when I’m home. I like that the delivery person will also do a quick check to make sure everything is working properly. I also like that they will come and change out the filters to my new water system for drinking water.
