To the company itself, I wish you would send out a text telling me if you’re coming in the morning or afternoon, once you work up your schedule. Not knowing and having to call to find out is an inconvenience that I would think your new system could accommodate. Speaking of your new system…I hope all of the kinks are resolved. Getting a past due notice when I was under the understanding that I was on auto pay was unsettling.

Lucas, who delivered the water and softener salt, was very nice and offered to carry everything in. Delivered exactly what I needed.
Any time technicians have come, they explain what they are doing and anything I may have to do. They always clean up.
Unfortunately, the office staff, though friendly, is unable to resolve billing issues. I called several times last year about a billing issue. Everyone said they would investigate and get back to me - no one has.
I have a current billing issue and am experiencing the same thing - 3 calls, 3 different people and still no one calls back or resolves the issue.

We just replaced our forty year old Culligan softener. That alone speaks for the products.
Our service person, Nick, was outstanding. He explained everything to me and was patient with my many questions. Our new installation was a water softener and he also did maintenance on our reverse osmosis equipment(which we absolutely love! We have a well and the reverse osmosis makes our drinking water delicious!).
Overall, a great experience. We would definitely recommend Culligan to family and friends.
