The water softener was here when we purchased our home and in 26 years it has been quite dependable. The reverse osmosis system is also a great addition for drinking and cooking. I love the salt delivery service because the bags are too heavy for us to lift and empty into the softener at this stage in our lives. The technicians and salt delivery person are always pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.
