Service is really good. I’ve been with Culligan for years because the driver always calls me to let me know he’s on the way so I can unlock my gate to let him into my backyard to complete the delivery.

The entire service team is awesome. Bryan super responsive, answered all my questions, coordinated service with a schedule that fit my needs. Keith the service tech was on time, responsible, communicated the process, and taught me a few preventative measures of the system. He was clean, professional and knew the equipment requirements.
