After being dumped by a previous company as very long-time customer. We had to look around for another water service provider. Service has been good so far. With anything there is always growing pains after all the new customers are scrambling to get a new water service. There has been a couple of mix ups but again growing pains. Have provided us with great tasting water.

Clean and soft water. Tap water had a reading of 95 and reverse osmosis was ten which is much purer than city water. Water softener does its job.
Office personnel and tech are always professional, kind and prompt.
I get the quality water i want without the hassle of changing filters, etc.
The drinking water filtration is essential and healthy and very good. They are better than the water refill at Tiger stores I used to do at least 3 times a week. Saved time and fuel and cost.
