I love the bluetooth feature that lets me check my usage and salt levels. The techs that delivered the salt are polite, friendly and efficient!
1. YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AT MY LOCAL OFFICE ARE PHENOMENAL, GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO AN EXTENT I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.
THEY MONTHLY, PERSONALLY, PRINT UP AND SEND ME A COPY OF MY BILL, AS THEY KNOW I NEVER GET MY BILL IN THE MAIL. THEY'VE TRIED EVERYTHING AND CULLIGAN'S TECH TEAM CAN'T SEEM TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.
NO MATTER HOW MUCH I CALL.
EVEN YOUR CENTRAL CUSTOMER SERVICEIS FED UP WITH IT.
THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE NEW CO. BOUGHT CULLIGAN.
2. YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOWS I'M SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PAPER BILL.
3. LASTLY - YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM (AGAIN) - SIGNING IN TO PAY YOUR BILLS - IS HORRIBLE. I ALWAYS HAVE TO SIGN IN AS A "GUEST" TO PAY MY BILL.
