We’re enjoying our soft water! A few weeks ago, there was a new pump installed in our park. The start up after the installation was quite violent in our unit and it did something to the water softener system. We didn’t realize the system has been compromised until the water started to revert back to hard water. Totally noticeable. Culligan came and fixed the issue, quickly and easily, and we now have our great water back.i also really like the water delivery. It works well for us, now that I’ve figured out the delivery schedule in our area. The people at culligan are very good. They’re friendly and helpful and I appreciate their assistance when I call.

Culligan was a familiar name. A name I have been hearing most of my life. When it came time to replace my original softener system, I researched a few including Culligan. Culligan was my final choice. I have the whole house filter and softener package. I have soft water to the whole house except my lawn service. I use bottled city water for indoor plant watering, water for the cat, the coffee machine and drinking water for our grandson.
The option to have city water at the litchen sink was blocked due to the whole house being finished and installing a line to that sink was cost prohibitive. The plus side is that the new system is so cost effective from a salt use perspective that having soft water going to the cold side , including the toilets, is negligible.
The tradesman did a bang up job with the installation. I have not seen any leaks anywhere. The system is quiet and bypassing the system is easy so I can refill my city water jugs quickly with treated city water. No softener concerns for plants and little bodies.
Culligan delivers salt regularly as part of my purchase. That is the only thig I have an issue with. I am getting knee deep in salt bags. I can easily cancel a delivery though so I can live with that over the short term.
I have not had any anxiety over my decision to use Culligan for my whole house softener and filter purchase.
