I like to call a number where a real person answers the phone and the person, Dawn, has been with the company for years. Everything is easy. She knows who I am, my account. She can quickly look at my account and answer my questions. I don't have to talk to a machine - HUGE difference. I told Dawn my issue. She had some suggestions and then said she would ask my favorite service guy Lowell what he thought. Lowell called me, stopped by, figured it out, and resolved the issue.
Never underestimate the value of good people staying in place for years. It adds confidence and value added service. I learn from these conversations.
Companies that outsource their call centers are difficult to deal with. I would always prefer to do business with a company like Culligan of Waukesha. You get more than you pay for. I am comfortable knowing they are competent and customer oriented.
