We've had a bit of trouble with our system. It seems like every few months it needs a repair of one sort or another. The service techs are great people and are knowledgeable. They always find the problem and repair it. We know you are busy, but it takes two weeks to schedule the repair, so every few months we are out of soft water for a couple weeks. The system itself must have problems.
Overall, we like the system and the service, and would recommend it.
