Technicians are very knowledgeable I deal with Tim and Adam mostly. They are polite and usually always on time which is good considering what unexpectedly can come up in previous call outs. People I. The office are awesome as well had to come into the office more recently lately. My choice of course but Peyton was who I dealt with basically all of the time and after a couple of trips she recognized me and knew my service address so then I was able to get my water bottles and away I went. Also she helped with my paperwork I needed as a summary for my past 7 months.

I appreciate that you keep track of when my system needs service yearly. Every time I contact you with a question, customer service is always helpful and pleasant. The service technician who comes out to change the filters is always courteous and genuine. I also feel this is a great service.

I can’t say that I like our Culligan softener any more or any less than another brand since Culligan is the only brand I’m familiar with.
What I can say, is that the service has been superb!! Technicians show up on time or early and are knowledgeable and professional. They’ve shown up; performed any adjustments/repairs; made sure I was satisfied and closed.
