When you call into the office you actually talk with a human. They get the problem or questions taken care of right away. When it's time for our softener to be checked over you can ask for who you want to come, we always ask for Tim Awe and he has always been the one to come. I highly recommend Culligan to differnet one and have told them that if they get Culligan and has problems or questions call the office and if they need someone to come look at the softener ask for Tim as he knows his job and he does a GREAT job!

I’m going to 2 to 3 times in this store to fill up my water bottle and every time I have got excellent services like warm welcome with happy face greetings.And always the fill up station is so nice to see up to the mark of clean.
Last time when I went there the lady was so sweet and kind in nature to help me out and she let me know that how many water bottles are left.

Preston and Doug came to my home upon my request to find a way to get a bypass for city water to my outside spicket. They were gracious and helpful. They inspected everything completely and came up with 2 plans. They completed the bypass plan I chose quickly and effortlessly. They left no mess behind. Before leaving they showed me everything they did and shared with me that the spicket will now only have city water to it while my house will still enjoy the Culligan Soft water system. They were 100% professional and I appreciate them resolving a 3yr problem quickly for me. Thank you- 😊
