They call ahead of time to make sure the time still works. They are very courteous and make the appointment fast. Friendly. The products work good.
Love the water softener product
After much debate, we decided to get the whole home system. We have been able to tell a huge difference in everything… when we shower, do laundry, washing dishes, etc. My only regret is that we did not do it sooner than we did.

It is helpful and convenient to have someone bring the heavy salt bags to our house and carry them to the basement where our water softener is located. It has gotten a bit expensive though.
