Friendly service and delivery!
Timely service every month and rapid response to any problems.
Tech and supervisior were super professional. Supervisor spent time teaching tech on how to operate equipment and identified that previous techs had left water softener bypass on for 2 months. Supervisor explained that the bypass should not have been left on because it could damage filters.

Culligan is much more open regarding the source of its water, the frequency of its testing, and who does the testing. Crystal Springs was nonresponsive on all of the above.
