Hello. I recently had an interaction with your customer service agent, Eva Esguerra (Customer Service Representative CRH California Water, Inc. dba Culligan of San Diego). She was the most helpful Custer service rep I’ve ever had.
I switched to Culligan from Primo not just because of irregular deliveries but because of their TERRIBLE customer service. The experience I’ve had with Culligan has been incredible. My recent interaction with Eva is a perfect example of amazing customer service and she is an excellent representative for your company.
I am writing to say that Rhonda Lawler was exceptional! After many troubles Rhonda listened and investigated why we were not getting the information and services we needed. She scheduled a delivery appointment within two days. The representative was here today brought the salt that we needed and had run out of and detected that the system has not been properly installed. I come in Rhonda for exceptional professionalism. I hope that her managers will either provide her with a monetary raise or a well-deserved vacation. We attempted to contact a manager who still has not contacted us.
Excellent customer service. From office staff (Jenny) to scheduling (Shannon) to the technician (Randy) everyone was excellent. My problem was resolved very quickly.
Zach was amazing. He explained everything to me and showed me how to refill and what kind of salt to get. He was also great with my child.
