My system is efficient, soft water, soft clothes use less detergent soap as it goes through my washing machine it would make my washing machine last longer with soft water is better for your skin washing your hair. It’s hard to live without it. I love Culligan soft water. Nate came out the same day. I called about System show me how hard my water was. Which I knew it was hard shortly after Zach came and put the System in if it was like a painting for a while, he laid it out. It looks so nice. Nate and Zach were very professional took time with me explaining everything to me their customer service is a 10+ thank you guys so much.
System was just installed, so no comment there yet, but the installer, Jeff Ache, was fantastic. Explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, the installation was done with great care even though we had a very thick stainless steel sink that needed to be drilled. Jeff was very competent, knowledgeable and personable, we will enjoy working with him in the future.

I am remaining a customer of Culligan Water solely based on the way I was treated by JODY, MELISSA, and ERICA! The way I came on board was NOT a smooth transition, and I am happy to discuss that with the right person at any time.
Jody in your Phoenix office cares! She has treated me with respect and understanding, and is definitely a fine representative of your company. She actually listens to what the customer is trying to communicate and eagerly rectifies any issue.
Melissa, who is your Route Manager, had to come to my residence to fix an issue that was caused by a person who clearly has no communications skills. Melissa is awesome!! She certainly is no stranger to hard work.
Erica is the first person who assisted me when I called to inquire about your services. Stupidly, I told her I would call back. I had already looked at your website so was contacted by someone other than her. I mentioned to that person that I was dealing with Erica, but he said he can help me. I should have insisted on speaking with her. Again, I’m happy to discuss that with the right person!
So, all in all, these three women should be recognized and made aware that they are responsible for me being your customer. Please be sure to do that.
Previously, I completed a survey and rated a 5. I made notes as to why. NO ONE READ THOSE COMMENTS. How do I know that? Because I was notified with, “we would like to talk with you in your 5 rating on Melissa”. My comments praised her. She’s not a 5, she’s not a 10. She’s more than that.

I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman who delivered my salt last week. Not only was he kind enough to both bring the bags down to my basement, but he also filled the salt bin, showed me a better way to accomplish that task (cut the bags at the bottom on the side rather than using the top perforations.) And, he did so cheerfully! I also left a message on the phone; I was that pleased and impressed.

They bring the water right up to our office on the second floor, which is not an easy task! The delivery person (Zach) is friendly and helpful. Elizabeth Heidrich, who I spoke with on the phone just today, was patient, helpful, and was able to look at my account and make recommendations for future orders so we had the best plan to meet our needs.
