We had a water softener when I was growing up in the 1960s.
When I purchased my own home in the 90s, it was a rural property with a well, I had Culligan install a water softener and filter system.
When moving to a new home in town in 2003, there was no question about whether to get a water softener. One of the best things about coming home after being away is getting in the shower and washing my hair. I use less soap and my skin and hair feel softer.
I understand the soft water also helps extend the life of appliances. The fact I am still using the original dishwasher and washing machine that were new when we moved in 23 years ago would be proof of that benefit.

Everyone is friendly and prompt to fix your problem. The water softener supplies plenty of soft water. The osmosis has good clear drinking water.

Our unit went out on the weekend, filled with water, and was dripping continuously. We were concerned it would overflow.
Someone came from Ark City to check it out and turned it off.
The following Monday, the local Quality Water called and scheduled an appointment to replace it.

I have been a mulligan customer for many years. Their products are great. Their prices are fair and the people that work there are friendly, respectful and wonderful to work with. I am very happy having them take care of all my water needs and would recommend them to anyone.
The purchasing experience was very easy from start to finish. All questions were well and clearly answered, the staff from sales to service(installation) were very easygoing, no pressure, professional and expert at their job. I would recommend the guys I dealt with to anyone.

I’ve had my Culligan reverse osmosis system for two years now, and I can honestly say it was one of the best purchases I made for my home.

I appreciate that Culligan delivers the softener salt as scheduled & they carry it to the basement, fill the softener & take the empty bags away! They also come promptly whenever there is any problem with the softener, etc. Everyone is professional & very nice & friendly!
