I like good clean drinking water right from the dispenser in my house, and don't have to carry bottles of water upstairs into my house and then have to recycle ♻️ the empty bottles, and every year Culligan comes and puts new filters in the Reverse Osmosis dispenser

The customer service from the time I called in to how quickly they got a service technician out the same day got the part ordered and when the part arrived came back that week and got it fixed.
Good customer service. Actual people answer the phone. Not sure how old my water softener is but it’s a good one. The thing I like the best is the same guy delivers my salt, same technician does annual maintenance on my RO unit. Good companies hire AND RETAIN good workers.
