I have one suggestion... You used to indicate the upcoming dates of service on the monthly billing, but that is no longer the case. Nor can I find them online when I look at my account. I have to call to confirm the dates. Also, the delivery is no longer on the same day every month. It varies, sometimes Monday, sometimes Thursday, etc. It is much easier to remember when it's always on the same day of the month.

Where I live has well water, I love my culligan system because it gives me filtered clean water by just turning on the tap. Culligan comes in and services my system every year and also if I need extra because of the nature of the well (sometimes they do repairs and maintenance). No more packing jugs of water and buying water bottles...doing my part for the economy, as is Culligan. Also the crew are very professional and very friendly. Best decision I ever made. I have recommended Culligan to alot of people.
