I love having soft water. It is great for the entire house and the laundry is soft,of course, and it is easy to remove stains.You call into the office and they either have a solution or send a service man. I've had good delivery men. They are usually pleasant and considerate. I've had a different softner and this by far is wonderful.Yes it might be expensive but it is worth it. I love my softener and you don't have to load it.
