Excellent service
We’ve had our iron filter and water softener for about a week now, and I’m so glad we decided to move forward with having them installed! We have terribly hard water at our house, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. We couldn’t be happier with the results so far and would highly recommend them!
The gentleman who came out, I believe his name was Adam, was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to answer every question we had without making us feel silly for asking. Before he left, he made sure we understood how everything worked and reassured us that if we ever have questions or need assistance, we can call and someone will be there to help.
Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish and are very happy we made the investment!
Our filtered water is a necessity for us in northern Michigan, so it goes without saying that Culligan is awesome. The services we received at our last call FAR exceeded our expectations. Steve was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time explaining the system to us (it was our first service call as the new home owners). I highly recommend McCardel Culligan!

We love that reminders are sent; delivery people are always pleasant and take our salt either to our basement or place it in our garage. Fir older adults this is a huge plus!

Culligan is the best. I am able to cancel delivery, and pay on line. The drivers are friendly and will go out of their way, especially in the winter. I give five stars for the service and the product.
