Overall, the service is great - no complaints. My only wish is that they catered to those that have low water usage. I'm a single person household and only need salt every 3rd delivery or so, yet I get charged whether i need the salt or not.

We love our Culligan delivery driver. He does a great job and is super friendly. He knows our whole family just from delivering to us. Even our dogs love him. The filter service is nine also. They always make sure our water softener is working well and that we have good water.
