The two gentlemen who installed our unit were very professional and polite! Only thing I did not like was that we didn't find out a time frame for install until late morning. Made hard to plan fr the day since we didn't know if it was going to be in the morning or afternoon. They were willing to work with us if they couldn't get there in time before we had another appointment but it just made it more stressful than it needed to be.

Well, Culligan‘s name is recognized as a leader in the industry. Plus I had a previous Culligan water softener that operated well, but ran into a technical problem which was quickly incorrectly fixed. We had a little issue with the current bill of replenishing Salt, but it got resolved in and involved my contacting Florida and Fairfield in order to cracks, but overall I’m very satisfied with the Culligan.
Cal was outstanding! Not only did he deliver waters but he was kind enough to help me move them all to a different spot! So friendly!!!

We’ve had Culligan drinking water for 9 years in three locations, so we know what we know Culligan quality. At our last move, I tried the water from a local company and had to return all of it and call Culligan.
We now live in a small village and was so pleased to find we can continue with the service.
Our long driveway is no challenge to our driver, Ryan. He kindly places the new bottles next to my storage as a nod and service to my disability. Ryan represents another preeminent picture of Culligan: the employees. I have been to the Dayton office a number of times, and each I'm cordially met and efficiently served.
