I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with Culligan's customer service. From the moment I started my monthly deliveries, everyone I've interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. Switching from my previous water delivery company was one of the best decisions I've made. Recently, I had an issue and called customer service. The wonderful representative I spoke with resolved everything so quickly and made the entire experience completely stress-free. It's rare to come across a company where every interaction is this positive.

Taste of water and service

I had a service call today because I lost power for several hours the other evening and needed to have my system reset. Mike Butler reset my system, tested my water, added more salt and gave me useful information on how to maintain it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. It was a positive experience! Honestly, everyone I have encountered with Culligan has been awesome. Keep up the great work! Thank you!
