I shall not know what I "like" about the product until I know over time how well it works. What I would "like" is that it work well for a long time. After a few days into its being here, best I can report is that I know that I have still have running water. My old taste buds do not notice nuances in taste, so alas I cannot detect any change in taste, or in softness? I confess that I have no idea how water feels when water is either soft or hard.
My main point here is to try to give Brandon, the lead man, and his partner, the second service provider whose name I was not given, the two men who set up my new equipment, the 10 star rating, to each his own rating of a 10, for a job well done. I notice that the suvey does not ask one single question about details of the service rendered by the two men, only a question "What do you like about our products and services?" An interesting way to evaluate the perceived competency, as witnessed by the customer, of Culligan service reps. To me, I also it find to be most irritating for the customer to go through telephone and computer hoops to give service people the credit they deserve. Either your cute QR code or my IPhone camera, did not allow me access to this site. I got it through the kind help of a Culligan employee whom I reached by telephone who gave me instructions. Finally, I do not want my name or comments shared in any form or anywhere to promote Culligan of Sacramento, CA.. To be clear, it is not permissible to share my name or these comments to promote Culligan.
Final note and an apology from me: I may have made a mistake to reach this form site via the internet. A page of the original "get to" pages asked for "Company" name and offered a blank site to fill in: [Company]. I entered Culligan. I'm not sure now if that question is asking if I am a part of any company, or, as I thought at the time, asking the name of the company about which I am writing [i.e., Culligan]. I am not an employee of Culligan, just the purchaser of one of its water softening units and am writing to request that two of its employees receive, each one a 10 rating, for work done.
