Our water has a lot of iron and minerals and the culligan system takes care of that very well. We subscribe to the monthly maintenance as we are elderly and need someone else to do that. The service personnel are very nice and helpful. Miss Lori in the office has shown patience and helpfulness with my calls and questions.

Mike and Joe were very knowledgeable, polite and careful. They went thru the steps for the bypass , flow of water, etc. They showed me the light that is day counter and that an alarm an alarm will go off indicating routine service is required. I was concerned about the box exhibiting the day counter and that I felt it could fall, so he did provide an attachment. I think there was supposed to be an RO manual but he did not hand it to me because it was in the truck. They showed which parts must be serviced annually,
