Did not stop when he found one area with particals blocking the flow, check others to make sure everything was good. He took time to answer my questions and it's his professionalism that will makes me likely to recommend you to others.

Service is problem free. They show up when the say they will. Love the despinser it manages to suck all the water out of the bottle, leaving almost nothing.

Soft water
Excellent. Dawn Hollingsworth was very helpful in getting our contract set up.
We moved into our house 9 years ago that already had the water softener so we just switched the account to our name. It is awesome that we don't have to remember to add water softener pellets as the company takes care of all of that for us. They even give reminder calls so you are aware they are coming the next day. We have only had one issue with a part that we needed as we had a power surge that harmed it and the repair guy came the same day to take care of it!! Great customer service. Definitely a happy customer.

The whole water softener system was very expensive. It has some issues where i had to have a tech come to work on it. Now the system is working well. The techs that have come to my home have been great!
