I appreciate the delivery. The salt bags are very heavy for me to lift so I really appreciate the delivery guys bringing them right in the house beside the salt bin. Normally they fill up the salt bin too.

The installation of our new water softener went well. My only complaint is that the instruction manual is online and is not available in print. I am from the old school and I would have liked it in print.

From sales to the installation was simple, professional, explained in detail! Kenny, showed up on time, took his time to explaining in detail every facet of water test and what he/ Culligan could do to fix it. He helped and recommended an electrician for installing an outlet near water softener and a a handyman to pour a slab for a base! Outstanding! The installers again showed up on time and walked me thru the installation process and basic user instructions; very professional, efficient and courteous. Took their time, Made sure I understood what and how everything worked. Cleaned up area after completion like they were never there, outstanding work ethic! Kenny and the installation team made the whole experience comfortable, answering every question! Thank you
