I hsve been a customer of Water Pure & Simple (Culligan Water) for over 30 years and absolutely love their water.. i also really appreciate being able to have my water delivered and any time I’ve had a problem with my water cooler, they are only a phone call away and have picked up & replaced my unit.
2018 model- very little maintenance.
Service man was Dan Massey, he was very friendly and on time. It was less than 24 hours between my call to the office and service we received. It was nothing serious and he told us great information going forward.

Platinum care is extra special. Filters get changed when needed, water gets tested regularly and salt is supplied. Sit back. Enjoy the refreshingly sot water showers and we also have the Pure Water reverse osmosis system for drinking and making great coffee and tea.

Steve is our delivery guy and is always on top of it being certain to insure we have new bottles and don’t run out of…which is important because we are on well water and you never known when you may have problems.

I just wanted to let you know that your service technician, Miles, is absolutely wonderful. He was so warm and courteous. He listened to our concerns we've been having with our water and took care of servicing the water softener in a timely manner. When he was finished, he had discovered what the issue was and explained what we needed to do to improve our water. He was the best technician we've had out here in the 15 years we've rented a softener from Culligan.
