I do like the products and service that we receive. We had an issue with the water softener and a tech was sent out. He made an adjustment and things seem to be working now. We had not used up any salt. When a reminder of our delivery arrived in my inbox, I checked my acct. and it said I was not to get a delivery until June. I did get a call from the delivery driver saying he was on his way. I am hoping that he called in and they told him that things had been changed. I find Culligan helpful, although I must say that getting the new water softener has been a challenge for us.

Ruth was amazing !!!we are purchasing the reverse osmosis water filter she was extremely knowledgeable. She also helped us by testing our water and she found out that our softener wasn’t working so we will be having someone come out and check it.
