Customer Testimonials
Tony is a great technician and fixed my problem. He is very good at what he does. Deserves recognition for his customer service and experience.
I think the guy said his name is alex. Great delivery!
Thanks alex! It was amazing!
Products work as intended. Extremely impressed with how easy it was to communicate our needs over the phone with a real person.
Super amazing delivery! I don't normally do this but Alex is amazing!
Angel provided a wonderful experience. He brought the bags down promptly and made sure the filter was filled before leaving.
Mike was our Service Tech; he was outstanding! Mike went above and beyond. He is very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He was very considerate about our carpets just being cleaned on the upper level. He wore his shoe covers to go downstairs. Once he saw there was an entrance to the basement from the outside; he decided to bring everything through the outside and into the unfinished basement.
He installed the water softener with expertise; he was informative and answered all questions. He was very pleasant and congenial to our requests. We are 110% SATISFIED WITH MIKE'S SERVICES!
Only thing cooler than the water is alex!
