I’ve also met Michael Mahusky, he’s a competent, knowledgeable, and helpful technician. Yesterday (July 13, 2026) he serviced my home’s one-year old water softener system, diagnosed that there was a problem with the factory-supplied regeneration nozzle’s aperture being too small, and he replaced it with a new nozzle with a larger aperture. During this time he explained to me what he was doing, and why.
I’m now confident that my home’s water softener system will do what I expect of it - soften the well-sourced water we drink and use at our home.

Service tech was promt. Our service call was to replace the filters for our reverse osmosis system. He did this as well as serviced our water softner and swapped out the faucet for the reverse osmosis system. Great job!!! Above and beyond.

I love Culligan‘s services. They come by on a rotating basis to check and see if I need salt for my system. If I need it, they put it in, I don’t have to lift the heavy bags. Recently, the spout on my reverse osmosis water broke. They came into the move on, and it perfectly matches my water faucet. Every employee that has come to my home it’s been very nice and courteous and respectful.
