I like to have my salt delivered to my house. The only issue I have had that recently there was a price increase in my monthy payment. I think it is bad business that as a customer I was not previously notified of the increase and when it would take effect.

Was friendly, professional and polite while he was doing the filter change. He wore boot covers over his shoes to protect my floors. The entire experience was Great!! I hope Ben can visit my home next year again for my water filter change. I highly recommend Ben to others that need services by Ben!!
