I like that when the salt is delivered, a worker will carry it downstairs as I no longer can lift the bags. Also, if I feel like something is wrong, I can ask for a tech to come and troubleshoot the problem! Usually my request was worth the companies’ effort!

I need home delivery and having a delivery schedule. My driver calls ahead to let me know he's on his way and I have the garage door open for him so all he has to do is carry the salt to the brine tank. It works like clockwork and I can stay on my morning schedule.

The servicemen are always fast and professional. Never an issue we have been Culligan customers sine the 1990's installing the RO system in the kitchens of each of 5 moves in Ontario, so we must trust them and their doing everything right. Our first installation was installed in a rural property along with UV right around the time of the Walkerton, Ontario water incident. We were on a well and took every precaution to ensure our water was safe.
