It's always been a pleasure working with Dylan on our deliveries. He even takes the time to stop and say hi to the farm dog.
We built our own rack to store our water and from time to time the water wizard (aka Dylan) appears as if from nowhere to fill it. He even had help today from a fellow named Tim. Both of them seem to be great people to have on your team.
Ever since we started service with you guys every delivery I've had has been impeccable. Couldn't ask for better service that what Dylan dishes out.
Dylan and Tim stopped by today. We are sad to hear Tim is moving to Montana soon, he was great every time he was out here.

Culligan products are reliable. We live in the country and have very hard water. With the water softener, we never have to worry about hard water. We also have the filtration & RO systems, so our drinking water actually tastes good. The water softener doesn't use a lot of salt either, and the delivery person fills it up each visit so I don't have to try to wrestle bags of salt into the basement.
Your products are excellent and your staff is very willing to help and supply whatever is needed. They come on time. They were uniforms and identify themselves.

I actually already sent in a survey, but I’m willing to do it again. Going by the reputation of the name Culligan is what sold me. Your zero reverse osmosis system was definitely a little more money than the others out there, but you have a good salesman and he sold me on it. It’s been about a month since we have had our install. Everything seems to be good. water taste like water. Just waiting to have it retested to see what it shows.

Explained everything
Steve our delivery professional was amazing. He is polite friendly and was looking out for our guys. He has anticipated the heat wave coming and provided water for us and brought extra if we needed. Which we did take considering the increased temps this week. He went above and beyond to help us hook up our new water dispenser, and show us how it works.
I highly recommended Steve for his great customer service.
We have a dog named Aspen who can be a bit of a wild child. She's always outside and super excited to see him when he pulls in. She can be a bit much to the average person but Dylan doesnt seem to mind at all and has also figured out exactly how to navigate getting in and out of our place even with Aspen jumping all over him. Very grateful to have him.
