My culligan driver places my order on my porch, which I greatly appreciate, and always removes my empties. I live on a private lane and he consistently maneuvers his truck without ever causing damage of any kind. He has excellent driving skills and I would like to have a commendation letter placed in his personnel file because of this! Your drivers are the face of Culligan. Additionally, whenever I have called your office, the staff there is friendly and very well trained. Culligan has phenomenal customer service in a world where that is very hard to find. We've been ordering water jugs for over a year now and I love that ease of the delivery process. Today when I phoned to order, I was told that a delivery truck had recently been in my area and would not be in for another week and a half. Kirandeep offered me a waived fee to deliver earlier for this time only and she also said she would e-mail a copy of the delivery schedule so I can be more prepared for when to order next. I am grateful that she offered me the schedule since I did not know that was an option.
Clean water
I’ve had a Culligan R/O system for over 30 yrs. My drinking water & ice always tastes good. I had my filters changed today by Ryan. He was prompt, courteous, professional & explained all the shutoff valves, water pressure, etc. again, which was a welcome reminder. I’ve recommend Culligan to many of my friends.
