I was a little disappointed that my system was hooked up incorrectly and I had to call for service at about 5 weeks. All of the employees have been professional and friendly and efficient. The employees working the phones are also kind and helpful. The water softening system is great for what it does. I bought it mainly to keep the hard water deposits out of my stuff. It does what they claim. I do not drink the water because I like my fresh from the well hard water. Other than the initial hiccup, I have had no further issues.

I absolutely love how they are always dependable ! I love that even if I am not scheduled to receive service… if I am out aka an emergency they will take the time to deliver me water regardless. And they will sit the water right where I ask them to meaning right on my back steps. In the past when I lived at another location and the location was upstairs they always delivered the water up the stairs!! I absolutely love Culligan service. Thank you all for what you do.

would have like doing the entire system just too expensive. seems to me, given that dupont ruined tge water here, there would be subsidies for consumers to have their watercleaned up.
