We previously used Primo water delivery for our office-- it was easiest because we already have a Costco account. It was terrible. We went months without deliveries, and there was never any communication about what was happening. They weren't even on time to pick up their equipment after we cancelled our service with them!
Working with Culligan has been the polar opposite. Your office staff is knowledgeable and never fails to get me the information that I'm looking for, and it's always extremely quick. Your drivers are efficient and always very cool-- I really appreciate that they're willing to lift the bottles even though I always offer to help them out. The coolest thing is that Culligan sends you a text before the delivery, and the text always has a photo of your delivery person so that you can find them! And even better, the time estimate that they provide in the text is always accurate.
It seems like a small thing, but water service is crucial for an office space-- it's so lovely to not have to worry about our water deliveries. I couldn't be happier with Culligan.

I like the product but I also appreciate the customer service so much! The person who came to install our system was really cool and we appreciate all his help!
Our delivery is always on schedule and the delivery guys are very respectful of our clients when they are present during delivery. When we go through more water than usual they are quick to get extra to us.

The service technician arrived on time. I told him I was concerned because the salt tank was completely empty and I. didn't know if the system was okay. He quickly assured me all was okay. He also pointed out to me before he left that I had a leaky valve on the pipe in the laundry room which he shut off for me. I had not noticed that and had to schedule my plumber to come. He was very efficient and answered any questions I had as well as scheduled my next service call and delivery.

Great service with a smile
As a person who lives alone and is recovering from Spinal Surgery, I am unable to drive anywhere and therefore, I am unable to get around to pick up items without bugging one of my neighbours or ex wife so I depend on delivery. The gentleman who delivers my water and salt puts the items where I want them and that includes fillilng the water softener's salt bin. For that reason, I will be using Culligan products and services for a very long time.
