I both purchased and leased “IR” water filtration system from Culligan for a few decades. Unable to have one right now so, opted for a water cooler. Wish the bottles weren’t plastic but, I understand why they need to be.
I also wish there was a bit of forgiveness's for vacation, etc… hard to use the same amount of water when you aren’t home. Although I often buy 4 bottles, even though I didn’t technically need three bottles, I had to buy three because that’s my minimum. I think there should be a break once or twice a year to account for special situations.
I would also like to point out that my deliveries a year ago were the 18th - 20th of the month. It keeps going backwards, earlier and earlier. My last delivery after only one year is now the 7th of the month. ?

Installer was great.
Prompt service when called & staff are knowledgeable. Helps to have guys here that know what they are doing. They recently found a burst pipe under my house that was causing the well to run constantly which also drained all my salt supply. Stupid guy that DTE sent out under my home protection plan for plumbing didn't know what he was doing & thought it was the toilet running. So he replaced the wax ring which of course did absolutely nothing. They are sending out another guy tomorrow so I'll see what kind of a brain surgeon this guy is & if he will fix the burst pipe. It's in a crawl space so he better be willing to crawl under there or there will be trouble!!!
