Others have the same product what makes the difference is the customer service. Daniel my salt delivery man. He has delivered twice to me and both times EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I feared you couldn't replace Angel, but Daniel does Angel and Culligan PROUD. I was so impressed and look forward to seeing Daniel every few months.
