I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for the outstanding service I recently received from your technician Jesse Belvins during the installation and filter replacement for my reverse osmosis and the addition of a faucet for the purified water system.
The Jesse demonstrated impeccable professionalism throughout the entire visit. Not only did he complete the installation and maintenance work in a neat and efficient manner, but they were also extremely polite and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, courteously, and professionally.

You have gem in your employee named Austen!! He was so very polite and helpful and respectful. He could write the handbook on customer service for service calls. I appreciated his explanations for what he was doing as well as how to work the display.
Culligan and Keith were great! Keith arrived at my house in a timely fashion. He was courteous and patient. Keith answered any questions I had a d explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up any mess that was made. Keith changed filters and motherboards. Keith also explained that we need to have service come out on a yearly basis.
We love knowing our water is 100% soft, safe, and clean. We also love our crystal clear ice cubes! Timm does a great job when maintenance is required, and the Waupaca office is great about checking in every year when it's time for our annual service appointment. It's all very much appreciated.

I had made some complaints last year about missing deliveries due to our floor being secured. While iniitially Culligan tried to pass the buck to the driver and trying to get me to change my score instead of improving their process. However, eventually Culligan really pulled through to bridge that gap and now I havent missed any deliveries. Its great.

Both gentlemen were very nice and curteous. When I mentioned I had to purchase additional salt at the hardware store they said they would make a note to make sure I had more frequent service.
Maria, who helped me on the phone today in the Panama City office was wonderful!! She was so organized and polite and made sure she made good use of both hers and my time. At the end she made sure we went back to my original requests and fulfilled them. I would recommend her highly to anyone who needs her services.
Everything is top=notch, especially your customer service. Our delivery persons and repair persons have always treated us with friendly, courteous attitudes.
