Every time I’ve had to call customer service answers right away they take care of my concerns. My deliveries are always on time. And of course, the water is top-notch.
We have always had great delivery persons.. but Norbert is by far the best! He is courteous and considerate and always so jovial. Always asks how everyone is and is just over all a super nice person.
Hopefully Norbert will be with us a while.
He knows exactly where we like everything stored and if it’s busy in our office he is so efficient and is in and out before we even know it.
Hopefully it’s realized what a gem Norbert is!
