We have used Culligan in our home for years (soft water, reverse osmosis units) with great success so when it was time to find a water delivery service for an aging parent in an assisted living facility we turned to Culligan. Their customer service is top notch from the first contact to the first delivery. I don’t usually write reviews but it’s so RARE to find great customer service these days and everyone I encountered at Culligan did a great job and they were very accommodating!

We've been happy with the products and the service we have received with Culligan for a couple of decades now that we are retired and on a well and septic system where we reside. The service calls are always answered cheerfully by Valerie in Brockville and our Service Technician (Chris) has been great for the last few years in answering our questions about the system, maintenance and professional knowledge to do the right job every time! I highly recommend the Brockville Culligan office and staff!

Generally consistent delivery schedule. Tank exchange helps keep the Golden State Water hardness to a reasonable level and reduces complications with our home's plumbing and appliances because of hardness.
Sometimes, the technician gets distracted and leaves the bypass in place. I have to check the system after each service to ensure the water is being softened.
I have used Culligan tank exchange for more than 10 years in Orange County and like the positive difference in water hardness that the tank exchange brings.

I have a Culligan Water Softener as well as a Reverse Osmosis Water filtration system. Both work flawlessly. I also participate in yearly filter change and maintenance check, which is well worth the cost! Great product, and customer service!
