I had an issue with my water softener. Called the office . Person who talked to me was very helpful. Showed me how to turn off the softener until service. Also arranged an appointment to fix the problem.

Service in delivery is right on the spot. It’s has been a while since I have felt the softness of the water. I grew up with it I know what is supposed to feel like.
Maybe I just need more of that softness. I’m paying 90 dollars for its service. And I will not pay for more softness.

Everytime i come in for salt cathy always helps me carry it to my car. Shes very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Ive been a customer for a few years now and am very happy with her customer service
