I don't mind the services however your labour rate is quite high and that would not be well received. when I asked if the fellow had any salt for my softener, he wanted to charge me for a delivered price instead of including that in the call. the labour charge was nearly 200.00 for a half hour service charge.
I like that I have no maintenance to do. I appreciate that someone comes to change filters on my RO. I really like RO water.
