I think the monthly tank swap works for this family. I have only had one issue where the scheduled tank was bad and SWWC came out the next day to swap it out. They also repaired the shut off valve to the tank at that time. However... I have two problems that can't seem to be repaired. One is the delivery time. When I first signed up for the service the delivery time was always early in the day. I could plan my schedule around that. Now I have to wait ...sometimes all day for the driver to show up. Second is that the shut off valve to the tank has been repaired three or four times. The valve itself is warped and the sealing rings inside will not last more then a few months. Then the water to the house has to be shut off to service the tank and once again repair the valve.
You’re always working with the customers needs I can change my order and switched delivery days with no problem. You can’t answers your reliable one of the best services I’ve ever used. Thank you.
