I'm thankful that Moe did the service of my water unit today. He replaced the circuit board, power coard and water tube. He taught me how to turn off the water to the house and turn off the unit in case of any other leaks that may occur. The unit was last serviced on 6/11/25 with no issues. The unit will recycle every 8 days at 10 am. I am to not take showers or do dishes or laundry during this time.
Service people and office staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I trust their input on products and/or problems. Always timely with deliveries.
