We recently paid to have the water filtration system inspected. The service man replaced the filters, checked the equipment over for leaks, checked the pressure of the system and tested the water for removal of impurities. The service man was professional and reviewed the results with me.

Culligan has a local office that is easy to contact and deliveries are always on schedule.
I like being able to pick up filled bottles when I need them rather than having the extra cost of delivery. However the cost of smaller lighter bottles-the same price as a 5 gallon- is excessive.

Todd did an excellent job explaining how the system would work and did a small demo right in my kitchen of how effective the filtration and softener would work. The tech (I believe his name was Christian) who installed the system was extremely professional and happy to answer any questions I had.
The softener and filtration system itself is working absolutely amazing and I have not noticed any iron staining since it was installed. The water also tastes better! Overall, my husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with how it has been going so far and we plan on continuing to use Culligan as long as we need.

I had great service from Ben Cyr at the Rothesay Branch! At first Ben asked lots of questions to see what was important to me. Once he tested my water and answered my many many questions he came back with some options and we talked about which option would be best for me. I am so happy with my machine! It is simple to use, I don’t have to worry about changing filters or lifting heavy bottles and it looks great sitting on my counter!! Thank you Ben! Having worked in customer service my whole life, I really appreciate when someone takes the time to figure out what I need and provides excellent service!!
