Very timely only complaint I would have would be their inline water filter holder as very difficult to open to change filters, other wise very happy with their water softener and delivery service.
The convenience of having it delivered is very helpful. They stick to a schedule so you can plan what you need. I prefer the water to what we get through tap water. I feel that it is healthier than drinking tap water. The water cooler is very convenient, also. Any time of dayor night yyou can get hot, cool or cold water.
