I like the convenience of having water delivered. I also appreciate that if anything goes wrong with my cooler it’s repaired or replaced without additional charges.
The only improvements I can think of is I do worry about water jugs sitting outside in the sun and toxins leaching into my water from the plastic. I do wish there was a better healthier container option.
