Absolutely! I highly recommend Culligan.
I’ve been extremely pleased with Culligan’s service, and today’s delivery was another example of why I continue to be so happy with them. I received 15 bags of salt, each weighing 40 pounds, and the delivery was handled exceptionally well from start to finish.
The delivery driver, Jean, was fantastic. He went above and beyond by carrying all 15 bags down to my lower basement (equivalent to 2 flight of stairs), where our tank is located. He even brought them down two at a time, which I truly appreciated. He also filled the tank, even though it wasn’t in immediate need of salt, and took all of the empty bags away with him.
What really stood out to me, though, was Jean’s pleasant attitude and professionalism. Despite the amount of work involved, he was courteous, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire delivery.
I always seem to get great people from Culligan, and that speaks volumes about the company. I would absolutely recommend Culligan to anyone looking for dependable service and excellent customer care.

You can rent or but your softener, and if you rent and have a problem they will fix it.
I have no complaints about Culligan Water. From the delivery notifications of salt, the Softener it's self to the Friendliness of the Office Staff and Delivery Personal they are Great to work with. I highly recommend them.
